Marta Barandiy

Marta Barandiy is a prominent lawyer, business leader, and activist, known for her extensive work in European-Ukrainian relations.

With a PhD in International Law, she has a deep understanding of European integration and sovereignty. Marta is the founder of Promote Ukraine, a Brussels-based NGO, where she mobilizes political and humanitarian support for Ukraine within the EU.

Alongside her advocacy, she runs Djannet Consulting, offering strategic guidance on lobbying and international collaboration, making her a vital force in both the legal and business communities​.

Julia Krizanovska

Julia Krizanovska is a highly experienced business leader with over 20 years in executive roles across sectors such as tourism, aviation, and international trade.

Since 1999, she has been based in Greece, where she has successfully developed businesses, promoted investments, and driven economic growth. Julia specializes in fostering international collaborations, particularly between Greece, Ukraine, and Europe.

Her entrepreneurial focus is on creating sustainable business opportunities while leveraging her extensive network to support business expansion and innovation.

Tetiana Vlizko

Tetiana Vlizko is an accomplished business leader with over 16 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and business consulting.

Since 2010, she has served as the Director of Global Profit, a consulting firm that specializes in the development of customized accounting, budgeting, and business process management systems.

Tetiana has extensive expertise in organizing and controlling business processes in Ukraine and internationally. She is also a consultant for the Belgium-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, helping companies expand and operate within the EU.

Expansion

David Marshall

David Marshall is a business strategist with over 14 years of experience in global operations, member engagement, and partnership development.

With a background in strategic expansion, David has played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling international businesses, focusing on market entry strategies and building long-term partnerships.

He previously managed regional expansions for a leading multinational consultancy, where he successfully launched new offices across Europe, the U.S., and Asia.

Communications

Max Stepanov

Max Stepanov is a seasoned Design Lead with over 10 years of experience in product design and UX management.

Specializing in human-computer interaction, Max has built and led design teams, driven corporate and business solutions, and managed UX research and testing processes.

Currently at Djannet Consulting, he oversees product localization for new markets, while managing design strategies and KPIs. Max holds an MBA in Business Communication and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Product Design, making him a key figure in user-centric business solutions​.
